Côté Rouen: A Screen Askew

Look, you said you wanted the screens on our laptops to be the brightest on the market, even in bright daylight.  Well, we can’t do that and keep the price point where you want it without making sacrifices elsewhere.

Computer disaster

Thanks Seb. The original can be found in a French newspaper called "Côté Rouen". Any takers on how they would have produced this PSD? Seems like it's easier to do it correctly. If you can't see the PSD, you can checkout our red circle gallery.

Wired: Staying Connected

So there's this new thing: the unhotel from OneFineStay. And they think they're it. They give you the chance to stay in someone's place while they're out of town. Live their life for a few days and try out the unlamp, which only the very rich can afford. The unlamps shade disconnects from the stand, leaving the shade suspended in the air and allowing the stand to double as a TV aerial.

I guess a real lamp is more expensive than a night in London.

Thanks Alexander. The original can be found in the German version of Wired for the iPad. If you can't see the PSD, you can check out our red circle image.

Victoria's Secret: Elastigirl

Another collection of loosely assembled body parts from the masters of craphic art.

Great find Holly. You can see the original here. If you can't see the PSD, please click here.

Come on, skinny girl and awkward pose.  You really think with the huge ad budget that VS has, that they would have an intern piece together models in photoshop?  These girls are 5'10"+ and weigh 120lbs with rocks in their pockets of course they don't look "natural", but if you stop and think for two minutes it's their job to look like this, and the photographers job to get striking poses.

But by all means jump on the "Ooohhhh, it's been shopped" train, and no it really doesn't make you sound like a WoW playing celibate (not by choice) living in Mom's basement.  By Barto

Expedia: In A Perfect World

In a perfect world girls wouldn't have tattoos, there would be no shadows - or if there were they would be green and not that icky grey ... in a perfect world.

Thanks Shadarus! You can see the original here. BTW the model is Pauley Perrette.
Oi, gimme a break..this pic was taken on day 4 while i was still creating the world...;-) By God
I would venture that the model's head is Pauley Perrette. Who knows who the body belongs to. By Ras

Sometimes ads unintentionally reveal a truer meaning. Lynx Bullet deodorant makes you totally sexy. So why is there only one set of footprints?
