There are many ways to make frames in Photoshop. I have posted quite a few tutorials on them.
You can type in Frames in the search box at the top left in my blog to find the tutorial. You can also search for other tutorials also.
Or, look at the right handside of the blog. You will find the Frames tutorials in alphabetical order.
